Russell is a published author in his field. He is a qualified practitioner of Advanced Nutrition, Advanced Herbalism, and Homeopathy. He is also qualified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Russell specializes in genetic nutrition (biohacking), methylation, epigenetics, and nutrigenomics.
Russell is a highly experienced specialist in his field and is most called upon to solve complex health problems in practice.
Russell is a member of the Australian Committee of Natural Therapies (ACONT). He brings a wealth of professional knowledge and experience to his work and is highly regarded in this field.
