How much nicotinic acid is in B-Minus? There is 150mg of Inositol Hexanicotinate and 30mg nicotinic acid.

How much is usually taken? We recommend taking one (1) capsule per day, preferably after breakfast, or as directed by a healthcare provider.

Does the niacin contained in this product interfere with absorption of the other methylated B vitamins? No, the amount of niacin included in the B-Minus is not enough to interfere with the absorption of active methyl- forms of other B vitamins. Niacin, too, is a very important nutrient.

Are there any side-effects or precautions? Niacin can cause dilation of blood vessels, which can result in a temporary, mild pinkness on the skin and a sensation of warmth. This effect, known as “niacin flush,” is harmless but can be uncomfortable for some individuals. If this side effect occurs, consider lowering your dose and be sure to drink plenty of water.

Is this product suitable for Vegans and Vegetarians? This product is suitable for vegetarians, but not for vegans.

Does this product contain any grain or grain-derived ingredients? No. This product does not contain any grain or grain-derived ingredients. It is also gluten-free.

Is it OK to store the capsules in a vitamin organizer? It is best not to put this product in a vitamin organizer as some of the ingredients are susceptible to moisture. The capsules should remain in the bottle where they will be more protected from environmental influences.
